FOURTH STEP PRAYER

ステップ4の祈り

Dear God,
神さま。

It is I who has made my life a mess.
今まで私の人生を台無しにしてきたのは、他ならぬ私自身です。

I have done it, and I cannot undo it.
私がしてきたことを、取り消すことはできません。

My mistakes are mine, and I will begin a searching and fearless moral inventory.
私の過ちは私のせいです。だから恐れずに、徹底して、自分自身の棚卸しを始めます。

I will write down my wrongs, but I will also include that which is good.
私は自分の悪を書き出しますが、良いことも含めます。

I pray for the strength to complete the task.
どうか私にこの作業をやり遂げる力を与えてください。
