"Alcoolisation" was originally used in the context of French drinking patterns, and implies that the drinking is normative in the sociocultural conditions, rather than reflecting individual psychopathology.\\

**[[blood alcohol level]]**を高く保つために、相当量の**[[alcoholic beverage]]**を繰り返し飲むこと。また、アルコール消費の頻度が上昇していく過程。この用語は個人の飲酒についても、また社会全体の飲酒についても用いる。元来 alcoolisation はフランス人の飲酒パターンについての文脈で使用されていたもので、個人の精神病理を想定したものではなく、社会文化的条件に合致した飲酒を意味するものであった。\\
